Larseng Contractors and Developers Ltd is a prominent building contractor in East Africa – drawing over 12 years of experience in the Construction, Financing and developing major projects in Kenya and East Africa . We are part of the Larseng Group of Companies.

We have a remarkable position within the East African construction and property market. We build, design, finance, develop, manage and own property assets.

When you choose us, we will handle the project design works, either with an in-house architect or an established design partner. It streamlines communication and helps speed up the construction process.
The construction cost will depend on many factors such as geography, type of building, square footage, building and finishing materials, and fixtures, to name but a few.
Most if not all jurisdictions will require a building permit for construction and renovations. We can take the client through the process of obtaining relevant permits.
The time it will take to complete your construction project will depend on the scope of the project. Building a new restaurant from the ground up takes about 4 months, while a commercial office could take up to 8 months or more. Also, delays in the permit process can impact the construction time.
